Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the netataxi.cy website and the taxi, transfer and related transport services provided by Neta Taxi Services - Limassol ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide taxi, airport transfer, chauffeur, private tour and group transport services in Limassol and across Cyprus, subject to availability.
2. Quotes, bookings & prices
- Fares shown on the Website (including the fare estimator and price tables) are indicative estimates. The final price is confirmed by us when your booking is accepted and may vary based on vehicle, time of travel, route, waiting time, luggage and exact addresses.
- A booking is only confirmed once we acknowledge it (e.g. by WhatsApp or phone). Requests sent via the forms are offers to book, not guaranteed reservations.
- Distances, durations and map results are approximate and provided for guidance.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly to the driver by cash or card. Corporate invoicing may be available by arrangement.
4. Cancellations & changes
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge. We may apply a fee for late cancellations or no-shows where costs have been incurred.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, contact information and flight numbers where relevant.
- Be ready at the agreed time and place; we are not liable for missed connections caused by inaccurate or late information.
- Behave respectfully and safely; drivers may refuse or end a journey in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cyprus courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
