This Privacy Policy explains how Neta Taxi Services - Limassol ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit netataxi.cy (the "Website") or use our taxi and transfer services. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus law.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Booking & contact details you provide through our quote/booking forms or when you contact us: name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date/time, number of passengers, vehicle preference and any notes.
- Location data: if you use the map picker or the "My location" feature, your device location is used with your permission to set a pickup or drop-off point. Address look-ups are processed by our map providers (see section 6). We do not continuously track your location.
- Communications: the content of messages and calls you exchange with us (e.g. via WhatsApp or phone).
- Technical & usage data: if you consent to analytics/advertising cookies, we may collect data such as device/browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, via the tools described in sections 4–5.
Our booking and quote forms send your details to us via WhatsApp; we do not run a separate online payment system on this Website.

4. Cookies & similar technologies
We use a cookie/consent banner so you can choose what to allow. We use the following categories:
- Essential (always on): small items stored in your browser's local storage to remember your theme, language and cookie choice. These are necessary for the site to work and do not track you.

We share data only as needed to provide our services, with providers acting on our behalf or as independent controllers:

- OpenStreetMap & Photon (komoot) — to display maps and search/convert addresses you enter or pick. See OSMF Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting provider — to host and deliver the Website.
7. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) are relied upon to protect your data.
8. Data retention
We keep booking and contact data only as long as necessary to provide the service, handle any follow-up, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics/advertising data is retained according to the providers' settings.
9. Your rights
Subject to GDPR, you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 13.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cypriot supervisory authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our Website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
